Pengaruh Meditasi Mindfullness terhadap Perubahan Cemas The Effect of Mindfullness Meditation on Anxiety Changes

Meditasi mindfulness memiliki manfaat yang sangat besar dalam pengobatan gejala kecemasan dan depresi. Latihan mindfulness juga berkaitan dengan peningkatan fungsi kekebalan tubuh, penurunan tekanan psikologis, peningkatan kesejahteraan, mengurangi kecemasan dan meningkatkan empati dan kasih sayang Praktisi mindfulness dapat menjadi lebih bahagia, puas, dan sehat, serta memiliki perasaan keseimbangan batin yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan non-mindfulness. Ada dua jenis kecemasan, yaitu kecemasan negara dan kecemasan trait, yang dapat memengaruhi respons seseorang terhadap situasi tertentu. Tujuan literature review ini untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis literatur tentang meditasi mindfulness, serta penerapannya pada kecemasan. Selain itu untuk mengintegrasikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman dengan literatur pengobatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review yang sistematis dengan menganalisis beberapa artikel menggunakan basis data elektronik termasuk ProQuest, Google Scholar, dan PubMed. Hasil review terhadap sepuluh artikel jurnal terpilih menunjukkan bahwa meditasi mindfulness dapat membantu mengurangi kecemasan dan depresi, serta meningkatkan tingkat kesadaran, fungsi kognitif, dan memori emosional.
