Kesadaran Kesehatan, Sikap, dan Perilaku Gizi Seimbang Selama Pandemi Covid-19 di Yogyakarta

Abstrak

Dampak COVID-19 telah mengubah banyak aspek kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk kesehatan, perekonomian, dan masyarakat. Penerapan gizi seimbang dan kebiasaan makan yang sehat membutuhkan kesadaran kesehatan dan sikap dari setiap orang untuk tetap mempertahankan kesehatanya di masa pandemi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa hubungan antara kesadaran kesehatan dan sikap dengan praktik gizi seimbang selama pandemi COVID-19 di Kota Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik yang menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Yogyakarta. Populasi penelitian adalah masyarakat usia 20 - 54 tahun sebanyak 121.281. Besar sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 357 orang. Teknik sampling menggunakan multistage sampling dengan mengkombinasi tiga teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu teknik acak klaster, teknik acak berstrata, teknik acak sederhana. Teknik penggumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara secara langsung dengan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman dan uji Mann-Whitney. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kesadaran kesehatan dan sikap dengan perilaku gizi seimbang (p<0,05). Semakin tinggi kesadaran kesehatan dan sikap terkait COVID-19, semakin tinggi perilaku gizi seimbang. Perlu ada intervensi yang efektif untuk tetap menumbuhkan kesadaran kesehatan dan sikap selama pandemi COVID-19 bagi masyarakat Kota Yogyakarta agar konsisten menerapkan perilaku gizi seimbang.
