Stress Ibu dengan Anak Usia Sekolah di Masa Pandemi COVID-19

Abstrak

Pandemi COVID-19 menimbulkan berbagai stressor bagi masyarakat. Stresor yang cukup berat dirasakan oleh ibu dengan anak usia sekolah, karena di usia tersebut anak sudah memiliki keinginannya sendiri, namun belum memiliki otonomi sehingga ibu harus melakukan control ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran stress pada ibu dengan anak usia sekolah di masa pandemi COVID-19. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan cluster sampling. Setelah dilakukan analisa data, diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel stress umum pada ibu tergolong ringan dengan mean 0,83 dan standar deviasi 0,77, dengan nilai minimal dan maksimal 0 dan 5. Sedangkan untuk stress khusus tergolong tinggi yaitu mean 3,95 dengan standar deviasi 0,72, dan nilai minimal-maksimal 1-5. Diteliti lebih lanjut, stress khusus yang muncul pada ibu Sebagian besar disebabkan oleh kesulitan ekonomi (30,3%) dan pendampingan anak saat sekolah online (41,8%).  Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran bagi perawat tentang stress yang dialami oleh ibu dengan anak usia sekolah dan factor risikonya.
